Beauty Tips for Girls if you Want to Have Healthy Glowing Skin Naturally

There are many people claiming to give effective beauty tips for girls. I myself am a person who uses to gather lots of information via online magazines, reading beauty and style gurus articles. But the question is does these all tips are effective?

Hmmm, my answer would be not exactly, I have tried many tips. Only those have worked on me which suits me. Yes, that’s right reading or watching a video is fun and easy but do you know that what matters is some things just won’t suit us.     

If you have dry skin then use skin care creams and masks only suitable for dry skin. If you have oily skin then use oily skin care product that has no or less oil.

Moving on to the tips that I have learnt through experience are mostly DIY. So these are definitely easy and helping you. Some of which I would like to share.

-My first tip to maintain beauty and style is that you need to complete your sleep and check if your are having a diet that has all vitamins, minerals  and proteins essential for you body. Otherwise, you will end up in dark circles, tired eyes and then you will apply tons of eye creams to make dark circles vanish.  Not only your eyes but the whole body will be disturbed and stressed.  You know the reason then why waste so much money on products? 

- We are what we eat. If you eat unhealthy like fast food, food that has chilies, salt, oily things then don’t expect that you won’t have acne issues.

-Increase you intake of water, juices, home -made salads with green veggies, fruit salads, organic food. Trust me you will feel lighter and better.

-Don’t ever stuff yourself with too much food especially before going to bed. 

 -Pamper yourself with a healthy body massage at spa or at home.

-Red Pomegranate juice or in salad is just perfect because it does the incredible job of reducing your cholesterol levels plus effective for your periods and even for those who are having menopause issues. 

                                            

It has the best antioxidants in it to purify your blood and once the blood is free from impurities and toxins you will get the best ever healthy pink glowing skin. You can give red pomegranate juice to your mothers also to those who are having heart issues. This is the key to everything just add it permanently in to your diet.

-If you think that you are getting fat day by day then just half the intake of whatever you are eating especially in lunch and dinner don’t ever skip breakfast either you are fat or slim. 

Healthy Diet Plan for Everyone.

It does not matter if you are a great foody. All you need to do is to stop eating unhealthy and increase the intake of fruits, juices and vegetables.

Here is how you should plan your diet

-Breakfast is a must with tea/coffee prefer a glass of orange juice with your favorite cereal, egg with whole grain bread or brown bread.

-In lunch a bowl of fruit, fish or vegetable salad would do the job.
-vegetable snaks with fried or yummy chicken or fish, cookies, smoothies etc

-Simple dinner and  a glass of milk with nuts like walnuts, peanuts and dates would be great.

-Stop  intake of Alcohol and smoking.

 You can also do some other healthy variation if you like.

These are all beauty tips for me. Trust me you won't need more makeup to conceal your dark spots. Just naturally healthy glowing skin.

 After all it’s you and only your health that matters.

Nature Secrets Anti-Perspirant Deodorant with Energizing Mint Raspberry Review

I have tried many anti perspirant products especially the drugstore ones in liquid as well as in solid formula. My first priority when I search for an anti-perspirant deodorant is that it should have a nice smell and the product should absorb sweat for at-least 12 hours. 

 A friend of mine recommended me oriflame deodorant because she thought that the nature secret range of oriflame is just perfect for me.

I bought two products of this range; anti-perspirant deodorant and exfoliating body wash that works as a nice body exfoliate and I would prefer to use it in summers.  However, the nature secret anti perspirant deodorant works perfect both in summers and in winters especially in working hours at home or in office.

What the product claims?

Nature secret anti-perspirant deodorant with energizing mint and raspberry claims to have energizing mint and raspberry that keeps you calm and refreshes your senses throughout the day. 

My Experience with the Product:

I think nature secret anti-perspirant deodorant is a good product to use. The product has its pros and cons. I would like to share these with you.

Pros:

-Smells Beautiful and keeps you fresh throughout the day

-Little quantity goes a long way. Infact it's a 50ml product.  

-Good staying power; stays for about 20 hours.

-Good Anti perspirant formula absorbs sweat and keeps you fresh.

-It has natural smell of mint and raspberry not at all over powering.

-It has plastic packing. That won't break or leak, plus you can keep it in your bag. Isn't that great ?

Cons

-First of all this product is not organic and it has many ingredients. 

-It’s color is like milk and the liquid formula may leave stains on your outfit.  

-May not suit every skin type especially if you have delicate skin.

-The product does not claim that it is dermatologically tested.

-The colored formula is visible when you wear a sleeveless top or shirt this could be the worst thing.

How about some rating?

Would I buy it again?

I think there are tons of other products available so I won’t buy it again.

The Body Shop Body Butter Satsuma Review

Winter is here and what we really love to use are body butters. The body shop offers quite a nice range of body butters that just melts in to your skin and makes your skin feels softer and yummy.  Why I say yummy ?  Because  the body shop body butters are mostly in fruit ranges like mango, strawberry, Satsuma etc and their smell is original ;  like real fruits.  

So, when we use the body shop body butters it feels like wearing fruit scents.  Apart from what it smells like their products are really of good quality, if you see the texture, just so smooth.
 

What the product claims:

The body shop claims that this product contains shea butter and fresh Satsuma smell. Leaving your skin 24 hours hydrated and best for normal to dry skin.

My Experience with The Body Shop Body Butter Satsuma:

I have it in travel size pack that super easy to carry along and it fits well in my bag any where I go.

The product makes my skin feel softer but not super soft. It does hydrate your skin well in winter but if you say 24 hours that’s not true.

But I would rather like to say, you need to re-apply the product after 8 hrs also depending on your skin type. If you are having serious skin drying issues this product won’t work, but if you have got healthy normal or dry skin this product is good.     

Smells like Satsuma that is a known citrus fruit, belongs to orange family and it smell is not like oranges neither orange flower.

 I just love the smell however the smell does not stay longer on your skin rather it stays for about 15 min after the application and then the smell is gone.

Dove Damage Therapy Shampoo

I have been thinking to do a haul on Dove Products as I am totally in love with this brand. Due to the exposure to heat in terms of hair straightening products and sun, my hair were a kind of damage I am not that much into lots of styling products and experimenting  the product on my hair, rather I avoid using them but what to do when all of a sudden you have to go somewhere especially on occasions. 

So, I thought of buying something affordable and a product that can fix my damage hair after one wash. Why not try Dove damage therapy shampoo? What an idea!   

What the product Claims:

It’s written on the back side of dove damage therapy shampoo that daily wear and tear can damage your hair thus leaving your hair dry and dull.

The product claims that the formula is quite energizing and the product is infused with micro-moisture serum and fiber actives.   

The product also claims that the formula maker of the product recognizes the main reason of hair damage. That’s why they have placed the damage care and re pair at the heart of everything they do.

My Experience with the Product:

My experience with the dove damage therapy shampoo is really pleasant. I have very oily hair and I need to wash my hair every second day. I have many reasons for this. First is oil means dirt can clog my scalp. I also have a little bit of dandruff issue especially in winter. 

Winter’s here in Pakistan is quite drying. Despite of lots of oil secretions my hair needs oiling and some sort of damage therapy as our hair  are always exposed to heat, dirty environment I mean lots of dust particle in the air that stick on to my hair and make them more dirty.   

How I use the shampoo?

First I take some tap water and pour small amount of shampoo let’s say 1 and half table spoon. As I have medium length hair, also depending on your hair length of your hair. The Quality of the product is super awesome it leathers perfect.   

Texture:

The texture of dove damage therapy shampoo is like wow; it has gel texture, color is like transparent golden syrup and it has lemon grass and grapefruit uplifting smell that’s so refreshing and energizing this is what they claim about its fragrance. I just love it!!

Recommendations!

Yes, girls you should try this beautiful product. This product is for all types of hair and it will repair your damage hair and leaves them super shiny without using any other product. I mean you don’t need to use a conditioner after it.

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque Review

Mint julep masque by Queen Helene is one of my most favorite masques and here are the reasons why I think it’s so perfect for my oily skin.

As shared earlier, I prefer buying skin care products that are most famous for their results. Mint julep masque is my first product from the brand Queen Helene. I was not sure about queen Helene products as I never had an any experience with their products but after hearing so much about mint julep masque I thought of giving it a try.

Mint products are usually soothing for acne and they are mostly organic. Not all are organic but queen Helene products have lesser ingredients so that is also a plus point.  Skin care products should have lesser ingredients because our skins needs to breathe so in that perspective I think organic product with lesser chemicals and ingredients are the best. I won’t say that mint julep masque is purely organic but it’s 50% organic.

The product Claims:

1-It helps dry up acne and pimples

2-Rinse away blackheads

3-Shrink enlarge pores

My experience with the product:

I absolutely love this product as it does dry up acne pimples. Especially when you apply small quantity of it on a pop up pimple the next day it dries it upto70% no matter how large is your pimple.

As for the blackheads, yes it helps in making your skin oil free.  So that means helps in reducing blackheads.

Also it helps in shrinking enlarge pores.

Would I buy it again?

Yes, off course.
